Gyushige Restaurant

In Japan, people often treat their important guests or precious friends at luxurious yakiniku restaurants.

Gyushige USA makes various efforts to offer guests such an extraordinary experience at Gyushige restaurants.

Once you step inside, you will feel Japanese vibe through the traditional interior design with a contemporary twist, photos on the wall, and videos. The high ceiling and indirect lighting create relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Smokeless grill is installed to eliminate the smoky smell in the restaurant. Guests can sit back and relax on comfortable booth seats while dining. We also have a spacious lobby for the guests as well as a counter bar with a wide variety of Japanese sake.

At Gyushige, we strive to offer you an extraordinary dining experience as well as exceptional food with carefully selected ingredients.

Selected Sake

You may know beef goes well with red wine, but did you know that Japanese sake would pair perfectly with wagyu beef?

The inosinic acid found in wagyu and the glutamic acid from Japanese sake generate a synergistic effect to bring out superb umami.

At Gyushige, we have carefully selected Japanese sake to pair with wagyu.

Sauces

Gyushige’s dipping sauce has been continuously improved since 1988. Today, we have three signature sauces:

Soy-based Sauce: Brings out the best flavor of meat. Made with our secret recipe.

Salt-based Sauce: Made with carefully selected natural rock salt.

Miso-based Sauce: Made with fully matured rich and creamy miso. This sauce is well received in all over the world.

Sauce plays an important role in many famous Japanese dishes such as yakitori and unagi. Try our original signature sauce to fully enjoy the flavor of meat!

Sushi

Gyushige’s signature menu is of course wagyu, but sushi is another popular menu item.

At Gyushige, we offer traditional nigiri as well as creative rolls. Our menu also include sashimi, edamame and tofu dishes to satisfy our washoku loving diners. We have Japanese dessert including mochi ice cream and matcha cake so guests can enjoy washoku from start to finish.
